We are constantly inspired by our fearless adopters and members of the dog rescue community. Meet Teresa Ting (Instagram: @teresainaction), KK9R alumni and founder of Main Street Patrol (Instagram: @mainstreetpatrol)!

With the rise in Anti-Asian hate crimes, Teresa founded Main Street Patrol to help protect her neighborhood of Flushing, Queens in New York City. She has built a volunteer-run organization that not only keeps a watchful eye on the community and educates the public on bystander intervention, but also uplifts the Asian community by highlighting its rich culture and local businesses.

We are honored to call her one of our dog rescue’s adopters, and are so proud of how she has rallied her peers and her community to stand against all hate crimes in New York City. Today and every day, we stand with the entire AAPI community.
